I too would love to see a crank control for it :)
Very hard to achieve more than 25 points. Sounds like the tooth + jaw's speed should be tweaked to make it last longer and be more fair for skilled players...
As it is for now there is not much replayability unfortunately

Just d-pad! I considered adding crank controls, but it'd definitely have to be its own mode with its own leaderboard. maybe someday!
